After initial cleaning I used this station to finish cleaning and inspect most tools before pictures and posting.
Mount tool (e.g. Cat40 EMH) in 3 Jaw, wrap soft scotch brite pad around shank and spin tool to polish shank.
Mount Cat40 Master with straight shank in 3 jaw, mount EMH in master and use bottle brush to clean bore.
Pin gauge bore
Install 6" rod and rough check tool runout
I had rack of Masters I could mount in the 3 jaw for almost every shank.
Kwik-Switch 100, 200, 300 and 400
Cat 30, 40, 50. NMTB 40, 50. Erickson QC 30 & 40. etc., etc., etc.
I had rack of Collets for almost every type and size range of Collet Chuck.
Acura-Flex 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-3/8" & 1-5/8". Acura-Grip, Acura-Tap.
TG, ER, DT, DA, 5C, Erickson Tap, Rubber-Flex, TT, FL, etc., etc., etc.

I have it sitting on top of my big Joiner so the 2x4 legs are only about 12" long.
The VFD is currently powered by 3 phase 240 but can easily be reconfigured to 220 single phase.
