  condition code of NIB-FF (New In Box - Factory Fresh) to distinguish them from NIB condition Surplus

No more Volume Discount - Due to raising costs, the addition of Factory Fresh Universal Engineering items
  and the on going hassle of explaining my discount policy, I have eliminated my 10 year old sliding scale,
